My previous work was as a mental health therapist, but now I focus on prevention, advocacy and education as a professional development trainer at the Children's Advocacy Center of Southern Arizona. I am certified to teach ACEs, Protective Factors, Mandated Reporting & Supporting, NEAR Sciences, Trauma-Informed Care, Stewards of Children, Psychological First Aid, QPR Suicide Prevention, and Guiding Good Choices. I also teach a few trainings I put together personally, including Mental Health Awareness, Post Traumatic Growth, and a "What Happened to You?" trauma-informed book club.
